Bluebonnets are the state flower of Texas, and here in Bluebonnet Country, we certainly represent in the months of March and April.
Of course, we'd love it if you'd visit when Bluebonnets (as well as the over two dozen other wildflowers you'll find on the farm) are in bloom, but if your plans bring you here during other times of the year, you'll get a sense of their beauty from this gorgeous guest room.
Hand-carved mahogany headboards with floral inserts adorn the twin beds. Tufted bedspreads and floral pillows complement the Queen Anne chair and writing desk. An antique armoire and unique lighting on the nightstand and desk complete the decor in this room that overlooks the gazebo and Victorian garden.
The en-suite bath is spacious, with enough room for two to get ready before coming downstairs to enjoy a country breakfast in the formal dining room.
For girlfriends, bridesmaids, teens (14 or over, please) accompanied by their families, or others who prefer separate beds, Bed of Bluebonnets is a perfect choice.
This room can accommodate a rollaway to host one additional guest.
