Fishing at our 14-acre lake which was stocked with Texas/ Florida bass and perch, and a beautiful pier and water fountain. (No license required)

Abundance of domesticated animals and wildlife which include:
Miniature Ponies, donkeys, cows, and soon to be chickens.
Deer. rabbits, turtles, and many birds like (Redheaded Woodpeckers, Red birds and purple Martins).

Coffee provided in every cottage and the main house.

Our favorite restaurants include R's Place, Volare Italian Restaurant, BT Longhorn Steakhouse, Bever's Kitchen, Chappell Hill Cafe, and Chappell Hill Bakery, Deli, & BBQ.

We also offer massages! You can get a massage in the privacy of your cottage or in our spa room at the estate house. Massages are $125 per hour.
